Modern Angels are amazing. My parents need 24×7 care and Modern Angels have stood by us every step of the way. Every PSW they sent has been terrific and we have a wonderful regular group We’ve gone through hospital stays, moves, tough medical issues, and the guidance of the Nurse Manager CEO was invaluable. I had better guidance from her than the hospital and I was able to deal directly with the doctors with her guidance. Her staff are caring and compassionate. They have the right combination of professionalism and a sense of humour. I am totally comfortable with anyone Girlie recommends to care for my parents. I have 100% confidence in Modern Angels. They are the best agency and I have tried a few. You would be very fortunate to have Modern Angels care for your family. I have total peace of mind and that says a lot. We have been using Modern Angels the past 9 months and after a few trials with aides that were not quite the right match, we have now landed on a two who are absolutely excellent! After my mother’s stroke we struggled finding reliable and competent help with the government agency VHA. For several months we had a constant rotating door of staff causing extreme stress for my mother and caregiver burnout. Modern Angels have been punctual, competent, caring and helpful giving us the ability to spend meaningful time with our mother and have complete confidence that she is in excellent hands when we are not around. They do tend to be more pricey than comparable agencies for their various services offered, however the quality, skill and compassion shown by the PSWs is invaluable!

I’ve had a very positive experience with this agency and would highly recommend them. The team is consistently trustworthy, professional, kind, and respectful in all of their interactions. They genuinely care about the people they support and take the time to understand individual needs.

What stands out most is how they provide meaningful opportunities and support that enhance clients’ overall well-being and day-to-day lives, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Their approach helps clients feel comfortable, valued, and supported in a respectful and compassionate environment.

Overall, my experience with the agency has been extremely positive, and I’m grateful for the dedication and compassion they show in the work they do.

On incredibly short notice, Girlie and her team admitted the client into their system, created a personalized care plan, deployed a PSW to the client’s location, and put a worried family’s mind at ease.
