Our Story
Born From Nursing. Built Around People.
Modern Angels Healthcare was founded in 2014 by a nurse with 28 years of hands-on nursing and healthcare experience and a deep understanding of what happens when care moves beyond the hospital.
Throughout her nursing career, she saw the challenges individuals and families face when health needs change, navigating recovery, changing abilities, continuity of care, and finding support that truly fits the person.
She also saw something fundamental: “The best care was never only about the clinical task. It was about understanding the person behind it”
Their routines. Their preferences. Their family. Their independence. The details that help someone feel safe, known, and respected.
That insight became the foundation for Modern Angels Healthcare.
Since 2014, we have brought nursing expertise and personalized care together, combining clinical knowledge, professional judgment, thoughtful care planning, and meaningful human connection.
Our experience spans community care, geriatrics, emergency and critical care, trauma surgery, oncology, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, case management, healthcare education, and leadership.
We did not begin with a list of services. We began with a nursing perspective on what better care should look like. Today, that philosophy continues to guide how we support individuals and families throughout Ontario.
