What You’ll Do:
- Deliver post-operative and complex care in home and community environments
- Confidently manage tracheostomy care, including emergencies
- Provide advanced wound care and recovery support
- Monitor and assess health status, reporting changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments safely
- Educate patients and families on care and recovery
- Document care accurately using Cerner or similar systems
What You Need:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licence in Ontario
- Proven experience in hospital-based medical-surgical or acute care, or community nursing
- Strong skills in tracheostomy and complex wound care
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within past 6–12 months)
