What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver post-operative and complex care in home and community environments
  • Confidently manage tracheostomy care, including emergencies
  • Provide advanced wound care and recovery support
  • Monitor and assess health status, reporting changes promptly
  • Administer medications and treatments safely
  • Educate patients and families on care and recovery
  • Document care accurately using Cerner or similar systems
What You Need:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licence in Ontario
  • Proven experience in hospital-based medical-surgical or acute care, or community nursing
  • Strong skills in tracheostomy and complex wound care
  • Current CPR & First Aid certification
  • Excellent clinical judgment and communication
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
  • Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within past 6–12 months)
  • COVID-19 vaccination or immunisation record
